Lucy Singh sits on Medact’s Board as the National Director of Students for Global Health. She is a final year medical student at the University of Aberdeen, who has been involved with Students for Global Health since 2014 and has worked with the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA) in a Students for Global Health capacity. Her interests within global health are in maternal and newborn health. She has completed research with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and charity The Soapbox Collaborative evaluating service provision in maternal health in Ethiopia, and is currently working with the WHO Partnership for Maternal Newborn and Child Health on inter-sectoral collaboration in Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health.
