Kath Dalmeny is Coordinator of Sustain: The alliance for better food and farming. Her work is dedicated to championing solutions for a healthy, humane and sustainable food system. Among many initiatives, Kath has helped design and establish the ‘Sustainable Fish Cities’, ‘Capital Growth’ and ‘Beyond the Food Bank’ campaigns, using the power of cities to transform policy and practice. She is now a senior project manager for the Sustainable Food Cities network, working with the Soil Association and Food Matters, with over 40 cities across the UK. Kath is also helping coordinate responses on behalf of more than 100 food, fishing and farming organisations to Brexit and its profound implications for how we feed ourselves.
