Eugene Sadler-Smith FCIPD, FRSA, FAcSS is Professor of Organizational Behaviour, Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, UK. His current research interests are intuition and hubris in organization, management, and leadership. His research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals including Academy of Management Executive, Academy of Management Learning and Education, British Journal of Psychology, Business Ethics Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Occupational & Organizational Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behaviour, Organization Studies, etc. His research has featured in The Times as well as on BBC Radio 4 and the Insight TV Channel. He is the author of a number of books including Inside Intuition (Routledge, 2008) and The Intuitive Mind (John Wiley & Sons, 2010). His latest book, Hubristic Leadership, will be published by SAGE in 2018.
