Dr David Nicholl is a Consultant Neurologist, Honorary Senior Lecturer and human rights activist. In 2006 he initiated a letter in the Lancet, urging the United States to close down Guantanamo Bay and most recently advised the Government on the risk register of epilepsy and neurology drugs needed in the event of a no-deal Brexit, before publicly confronting Jacob Rees-Mogg over the Government’s inability to provide these medicines.
