Dan has a background in economics and an interest in community engagement. He joined Flexitarian Bristol in the early days motivated by his passion for the environment. Together with a number of other volunteers and a bit of help from Friends of the Earth, Rosa and Dan have been working with local restaurants, citizens and the council to ensure that Bristol starts making the dietary shift estimated to achieve the largest impacts for both public health and climate change: eating less meat and dairy and more vegetables and pulses.
