Anna Peiris

Executive Director
Anna (she/her) joined Medact as Executive Director in March 2025. Prior to joining Medact, Anna served as Executive Director for UAEM Europe in Berlin, where she advocated for equitable access to medicines by promoting intellectual property reform at academic institutions across the region. Before this, Anna was involved in the climate sector, working with municipal governments at C40 Cities, supporting cities in decarbonising their public transit fleets and implementing infrastructure for sustainable urban transformation.
