We are excited to invite you to join our new Political Education Working Group. We believe that exploring and developing our politics together is the best way to build community and lift each other up in fight for health justice. We want Medact to be a home for the health community and the people we work alongside to develop our analysis, skills and knowledge of how to win!
This is an open call to join the Political Education Working Group. You’ll be working alongside other folks from across Medact’s movement and staff members Calum and James from our Organising Team.
We’ll decide together what we want to focus on, but we expect the work to mostly focus around organising events and trainings – you don’t need to be confident running events already, we’ll be working together to decide on topics and bring in speakers to share their knowledge.
We’re keen to support everyone to participate in this group in ways that work best for them, but we expect you’ll need capacity to attend the equivalent of a meeting a month with some work in between the meetings. Fill in the form, or get in touch if you’d like to know more – [email protected]
