Price: £35.00 workshop fee This workshop will look at the challenges faced by frontline professionals in reconciling their professional responsibilities and explore how to get the balance right. It will also explain what support is available for those facing difficult decisions.

  • Ethical considerations for defence nurses: Dr Janet Kelly
  • Planning for future operations: Captain Leslie Rankin
  • Launch of the DNF oral histories project: Major Chris Carter

This workshop is suitable for military nurses, senior students planning to pursue a career in the field of defence nursing and HCAs (Regular & Reservists with an interest in military nursing practice as well as doctors and other professionals. It would also be suitable for those working in disaster/humanitarian operations, travel health practitioners and civilian nurses and flight nurses involved with the transport, repatriation and care of patients.
