Medact has launched two papers on the ‘skills drain’ of health professionals from the developing world, examining the economic, governance and human rights issues that surround this controversial issue. They propose restitution as a solution and undertake a comprehensive human rights check. This first report considers the issues in a rights framework, and considers the respective rights of all involved.
