Thank you to all who joined us over the weekend
What’s happening?
Over the weekend of 17th-18th April, we are running an online gathering to mark the launch of the Health for a Green New Deal campaign.
The weekend will featuring panel discussions on a range of topics related to climate & health justice, sessions on campaigning skills, as well as a special Saturday evening entertainment program!
What topics does the programme cover?
The programme includes panel discussions on a number of topics including: air pollution, environmental racism, global solidarity, green jobs and climate & health movement strategy post-COVID.
Additionally, we are running a number of more interactive sessions focusing on setting up a local Health for a Green New Deal campaign as well as how to use storytelling in your climate & health campaigning.
How will it work logistically?
Zoom details for each of the sessions will be emailed to all those registered at the start of the weekend. Sessions will take place across the Saturday and Sunday during designated slots with breaks in between so that you’re not stuck staring at a screen the whole weekend!
Enjoyed the weekend? Want to know what’s next?

Each onboarding session lasts approximately 90 mins and covers our strategy, message, organising principles and the ways you can get involved in Health for a Green New Deal – from joining a national coordinating team to setting up a local hub.
