Join Medact Tyneside for a special film screening of Dr Strangelove
Synopsis: Dr. Strangelove is a 1964 political satire black comedy film directed by Stanley Kubrick. An insane General triggers a path to a nuclear holocaust that a war room full of politicians and generals frantically try to stop.
Film will be screened at 7pm at the Jesmond Community Library followed by a talk (via skype) by Elizabeth Minor, one of the coordinators of of ICAN UK (Winners of the Nobel Peace Prize 2017)
