DESCRIPTION:2019 is a pivotal year for the Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). This Treaty was agreed by the UN in July 2017 and so far has been signed by 69 states and ratified by 19. \nThe British government must be encouraged to sign the Treaty\, and in November 2018\, the City of Manchester endorsed the Treaty. DESCRIPTION:Medact are in the early stages of developing a campaign on how to bring about a just food system. Will you join us for a workshop to discuss access to food as a human right\, and to devise a plan for how health professionals can campaign on this issue \nWho is this for?  \nThis workshop is for healthcare professionals working across the healthcare services who are interested in becoming involved with campaigns on food justice and health.  \nOutline \nThis workshop forms the early stages of developing a campaign on identifying the barriers to a just food system.
