The Triage, Monitoring and Treatment Handbook: practical guidance for treatment of exposure to radiation The TMT Handbook is to a practical guide for the effective and timely triage, monitoring and treatment of people exposed to radiation. There is a very useful section for those involved in clinical practice, on medical management in hospital of people exposed to large doses of radiation ( chapter J).
The Handbook is produced by an international consortium which includes the World Health Organisation , the Health Protection Agency ( Britain) (HPA )and the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority (NRPA).
